Where you find Lack of Creativity you find Lack of Courage
Where you find lack of creativity you find lack of courage.
We have conveniently described society as being filled with all “types” of people.
This *enables* people to do nothing, allowing them to claim their weakness as uNiQueNeSs.
We are told that only certain people are “creative” or “gifted” and everyone else is just uniquely different.
No.
Everyone else is just weak, and scared.
This is because creativity and innovation has never been about intelligence or certain GeNeS or special pRivILegEs, it has been about courage.
The courage to move.
The courage to be hated.
The courage to suffer consequences.
The courage to be a constant failure.
The courage to build.
It is courage that gets one up in the morning and tells them to build something better. Lift humanity up, give the next generation something more.
That’s not naïveté. That’s not delusion. It’s not even optimism. It’s just courage.
People who don’t build are scared. They look for excuses to not go into battle, and dress those excuses up in fake virtues and lots of talking. They find each other, support each other, join institutions and proselytize.
A huddled mass of scared, weak people.
Not incapable.
Not “different.”
Not “more into reading” or “ideas.”
Just scared. Weak.
Where you find lack of creativity you find lack of courage. Period.
